【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththerequirementsandthebasicperformancecriteriaandspecifiesminimumvalueswhereappropriateforprecasthollowcoreslabsmadeofprestressedorreinforcednormalweightconcreteaccordingtoEN1992-1-1:2004.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversterminology,performancecriteria,tolerances,relevantphysicalproperties,specialtestmethods,andspecialaspectsoftransportanderection.Hollowcoreelementsareusedinfloors,roofs,wallsandsimilarapplications.InthisEuropeanStandardthematerialpropertiesandotherrequirementsforfloorsandroofsaredealtwith;forspecialuseinwallsandotherapplications,seetherelevantproductstandardsforpossibleadditionalrequirements.Theelementshavelateraledgesprovidedwithalongitudinalprofileinordertomakeashearkeyfortransferofverticalshearthroughjointsbetweencontiguouselements.Fordiaphragmactionthejointshavetofunctionashorizontalshearjoints.Theelementsaremanufacturedinfactoriesbyextrusion,slipformingormouldcasting.Theapplicationofthestandardislimitedforprestressedelementstoamaximumdepthof500mmandamaximumwidthof1200mm.Forreinforcedelementsthemaximumdepthislimitedto300mmandthemaximumwidthwithouttransversereinforcementto1200mmandwithtransversereinforcementto2400mm.Theelementsmaybeusedincompositeactionwithaninsitustructuraltoppingcastonsite.Theapplicationsconsideredarefloorsandroofsofbuildings,includingareasforvehiclesinthecategoryFandGofEN1991-1-1whicharenotsubjectedtofatigueloading.ForbuildinginseismiczonesadditionalprovisionsaregiveninEN1998-1.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithcomplementarymatters.E.g.theslabsshouldnotbeusedinroofswithoutadditionalprotectionagainstwaterpenetration.
