【摘要】:ThispartofISO1163specifiesproceduresandcon-ditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensofPVC-Umaterialsinaspecifiedstate,andmethodsformeas-uringtheirproperties.Anypropertylistedinthispartandreferredtoincombinationwithpart1shallbedeterminedbythemethodreferredtointhispart.Nofiguresarequotedfortheseproperties.Thosere-quiredforthedesignationofPVC-Uthermoplasticsaregiveninpart1ofthisInternationalStandard.AllpropertiesshallbedeterminedbytheappropriatemethodsreferredtointhispartofISO1163andval-uesobtainedshallbepresentedaslaiddowninISO10350.ThevaluesdeterminedinaccordancewiththispartofISO1163willnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsand/orpreparedbydifferentprocedures.Thevaluesobtainedforthepropertiesofamouldingdependonthemouldingcompound,theshape,thetestmethodandthestateofanisotropy.Thelast-mentionedde-pendsonthegatingofthemouldandthemouldingconditions,forexampletemperature,pressureandinjectionrate.Anysubsequenttreatmentmustalsobeconsidered,forexampleconditioningorannealing.Thethermalhistoryandtheinternalstressesofthespecimensmaystronglyinfluencethethermalandmechanicalpropertiesandtheresistancetoenviron-mentalstresscracking,butexertlesseffectontheelectricalproperties,whichdependmainlyonthechemicalcompositionofthemouldingcompound.Inordertoobtainreproducibletestresults,thefol-lowingtwoconditionsshallbemet:—usetestspecimenswiththespecifieddimensionsandconditioning;—usetestproceduresasspecifiedinthispartofISO1163.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO1163specifiesproceduresandcon-ditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensofPVC-Umaterialsinaspecifiedstate,andmethodsformeas-uringtheirproperties.Anypropertylistedinthispartandreferredtoincombinationwithpart1shallbedeterminedbythemethodreferredtointhispart.Nofiguresarequotedfortheseproperties.Thosere-quiredforthedesignationofPVC-Uthermoplasticsaregiveninpart1ofthisInternationalStandard.AllpropertiesshallbedeterminedbytheappropriatemethodsreferredtointhispartofISO1163andval-uesobtainedshallbepresentedaslaiddowninISO10350.ThevaluesdeterminedinaccordancewiththispartofISO1163willnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsand/orpreparedbydifferentprocedures.Thevaluesobtainedforthepropertiesofamouldingdependonthemouldingcompound,theshape,thetestmethodandthestateofanisotropy.Thelast-mentionedde-pendsonthegatingofthemouldandthemouldingconditions,forexampletemperature,pressureandinjectionrate.Anysubsequenttreatmentmustalsobeconsidered,forexampleconditioningorannealing.Thethermalhistoryandtheinternalstressesofthespecimensmaystronglyinfluencethethermalandmechanicalpropertiesandtheresistancetoenviron-mentalstresscracking,butexertlesseffectontheelectricalproperties,whichdependmainlyonthechemicalcompositionofthemouldingcompound.Inordertoobtainreproducibletestresults,thefol-lowingtwoconditionsshallbemet:—usetestspecimenswiththespecifieddimensionsandconditioning;—usetestproceduresasspecifiedinthispartofISO1163.
