【摘要】:Theenergyinputratetestisusedtoconfirmthattheunderfiredbroilerisoperatingproperlypriortofurthertesting.Temperaturedistributionofthebroilingareamaybeusedbyfoodserviceoperatorstoselectanunderfiredbroilerwiththedesiredtemperaturegradients.Preheatenergyandtimecanbeusefultofoodserviceoperatorstomanageenergydemandsandtoknowhowquicklytheunderfiredbroilercanbereadyforoperation.Cookingenergyefficiencyisapreciseindicatorofunderfiredbroilerenergyperformanceundervariousloadingconditions.Thisinformationenablesthefoodserviceoperatortoconsiderenergyperformancewhenselectinganunderfiredbroiler.Productioncapacityallowsthefoodserviceoperatortoselectanunderfiredbroilerthatmeetstheirfoodoutputrequirements.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofunderfiredbroilers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectanunderfiredbroilerandunderstanditsenergyperformance.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricunderfiredbroilers.1.3Theunderfiredbroilercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):1.3.1Energyinputrate(see10.2).1.3.2Temperaturedistributionacrossthebroilingarea(see10.3).1.3.3Preheatenergyandtime(see10.4).1.3.4Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(see10.5).1.3.5Cookingenergyrate(see10.6),and1.3.6Cookingenergyefficiencyandproductcooktime(see10.7).1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
