【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61558dealswiththesafetyofshavertransformers,powersupplyunitsincorporatingashavertransformer,andshaversupplyunits.Shavertransformersincorporatingelectroniccircuitsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTE1Safetyincludeselectrical,thermal,mechanicalandchemicalaspects.Unlessotherwisespecified,fromhereonward,thetermtransformercoversshavertransformersandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingshavertransformersandshaversupplyunits.Thispartisapplicabletostationary,singlephaseair-cooled(naturalorforced),independentorassociateddry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornonencapsulated.Thisstandardisapplicabletotransformersandpowersupply(linear)withinternaloperationalfrequenciesnotexceeding500Hz.ThisstandardusedincombinationwithPart2-16forswitchmodepowersupplyunits(SMPS)isalsoapplicabletopowersupplieswithinternaloperationalfrequencieshigherthan500Hz.Wherethetworequirementsareinconflictthemostseveretakeprecedence.Theratedsupplyvoltagedoesnotexceed250Va.c.,andtheratedsupplyfrequencydoesnotexceed500Hz.Theratedoutputisnotlessthan20VAanddoesnotexceed50VA.Theno-loadoutputvoltagedoesnotexceed275Va.candtheratedoutputvoltagedoesnotexceed250Va.c.Thispartisnotapplicabletoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputandoutputterminalsorsocket-outletsofthetransformers.Transformerscoveredbythispartareusedinapplicationswheredoubleorreinforcedinsulationbetweencircuitsisrequiredbytheinstallationrulesforbathroomsandsimilarlocations,orbytheappliancespecifications.NOTE2Transformerscoveredbythispartmaybeflushorsurfacemountedorincorporatedinluminaires,mirrors,andotherequipmentcontainingoneormoresocket-outlet(s).NOTE3Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:-fortransformersintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardships,andaircraft,additionalrequirements(fromotherapplicablestandards,nationalrules,etc.)maybenecessary;-measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluencessuchasfungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiation,andicingshouldalsobeconsidered;-thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationofthetransformersshouldalsobeconsidered;-additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletotransformersintendedforuseinspecialenvironments.NOTE4Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentoftransformersmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthispartmaybeusedasaguidancedocument.
